The YugMax team successfully executed the transportation of hazardous cargo from Iran to Russia for a Russian manufacturer of fire extinguishers, sprayers, steam jets, and sandblasting machines.
The shipment included chemical compounds of hazard classes 6.1, 5.1, and 8, which required strict compliance with international hazardous cargo transportation regulations. The project was further complicated by the tense political situation in the region of origin, which placed intensified demands on safety and risk management throughout the entire route.
To ensure the successful completion of the project, YugMax specialists, working alongside their partner, arranged comprehensive cargo insurance for the entire route, including transit through Iran, and ensured 24/7 coordination between all project participants. The team facilitated the exchange of information and documents, monitored border procedures, and promptly addressed any issues that arose right up until the cargo was delivered to the recipient.
Despite unstable communications along certain sections of the route and stringent safety requirements, a full road train carrying hazardous cargo was successfully delivered along the Iran-Azerbaijan-Russia route in just 20 days.
This project further demonstrates YugMax's experience in organizing international transportation of hazardous cargo and its ability to effectively manage complex logistics projects, even under challenging conditions.
Congratulations to the YugMax team and partners on the successful completion of this project!
